Education at Work Internship Portal

About the Education at Work Internship Portal

This website is a portal for high school students who have been referred by their teacher to be considered for an internship through the Education At Work program. Humboldt County Office of Education leads the Education at Work program and its related internships as an extension of classroom learning. High school teachers, countywide, identify seniors and some juniors for potential placement in internship positions in various local industries. If you are a teacher or student interested in learning more, please contact us.

Student Registration Instructions

Once you register for this site, you will need to create an online profile and resume, then complete at least three of the identified New World of Work Success Skills training modules. The Internship Coordinator will review your information and assist you in the process. Upon completion of these steps, you will receive a Certificate of Readiness and will be ready for placement.
